I do not agree with the bait…

I do not agree with the bait management plan because it is too strict for Northern Ontario. The bait management zones are too strict, and would not let me bring minnows from home to my camp which is only a couple hours away. I don't agree with the personal bait harvester's license because in my opinion it is a money grab. This management plan would also waste Conservation Officers time, when there many more important things they should be enforcing.
