This is an excellent bill and it will greatly improve traffic flow in Toronto. The political process in most if not all municipalities has been hyjacked by activists to the detriment of the broader public and especially home owners and businesses. The people paying the bills.
It is clear that the people running Toronto have skewed priorities and the province needs rectify the situation.
