There is no science nor statistic that demonstrates that getting rid of bike lanes will decrease congestion. There are plenty of studies showing the opposite. In this time of climate change we should be encouraging environmentally friendly forms of transportation.

Doug Ford seems to operate in an evidence-free space, making short-sighted, populist choices that will punish people now and for the foreseeable future. We need governance that makes makes fact-based decisions that benefit everyone now and for generations to come.
