If nothing else, this is a gross misuse of taxpayer money, which should concern all Ontarians. Why should people from all around the province pay for a construction project in Toronto. The people of Toronto voted for a council who is pro-bike lane. Let them deal with it at the local level. Tax dollars should be used for provincial matters.
