Take the calf tags out of…

Take the calf tags out of the draw completely. Everyone thinks “aww the poor little calf’s”. I’m here to tell you that as a resident moose hunter in Ontario calves aren’t that easy to hunt. They’re a lot harder to harvest than an adult moose. Also when I spend money buying a moose license, I get something for my money. I’m a landowner in Muskoka and I haven’t been able to hunt moose for four years because of the way the moose draw is being run. According to MNR conservation officers in this area, many camps are not operating because of the way the system is being run. If calf tags were available to everyone that bought a license a lot more people could enjoy the sport and commraderie of a hunt camp.
