I live in the GTA and travel abroad extensively. Bike and walking paths are proven to reduce emmissions and are a necessary requirement for our children's furture. The province should not have an opiniion about, only Toronto.
How about changing the DVP to a toll highway? That should reduce the # of people commuting into the city, freeing up space on our roads and generating an income for the city.
