I've lived in Ontario my whole life. Almost 50 years. I've paid hundred of thousands of dollars in taxes to the Ontario Govt. over the years. Possibly millions of dollars.

I am a business owner and I employ several hundred people.

I support the White Pine project.

As a taxpayer I am strongly in support of wind farms, solar, alternate energy technology, and I also support the use of taxpayer dollars towards these projects at the level they were at with the previous Liberal Govt. In fact I think they should increase.

As a business owner, I am distressed by the thought that I can't trust the contract that I might have with a Government and I'm deeply concerned that Ontario's current plan to kill this White Pine project will have a chilling effect on business investment. I am also concerned about the financial and legal liability of cancelling this project and the implication for investors.
