Commentaire
Bike lanes are a necessary part of any urban infrastructure. They help get people out of cars, which eases congestion and frees up parking. They're hardly "the frontline in a war on cars". They allow people who would otherwise depend on cars to get around the city, and are accessible to those who are unable to drive. Bike lanes are essential to a thriving city, and removing them is shortsighted at best.
