White Pine has passed many environmental hurdles. Yet it remains opposed by a group with significant connections to the Ontario Conservative Party and their subsequent successes in the recent elections. My comments support the previous environmental assessments while questioning the viability of the politically-driven ones that have caused the reversal of the White Pines Project. Shame on us if we accept the political as opposed to the environmental solutions.
