Commentaire
This bill is another embarrassing stain on this government's legacy. The intent behind it is not for the people of Ontario, but for big business and the wealthy. If this government was concerned with transportation efficiency for the people of ontario, it would open up the 407, not expand on existing highways and build new ones.
