I think fossil fuel companies including providers of natural gas need severe restrictions and regulations to minimize the environmental impact of these industries. Now is not the time to expand the natural gas industry, the government's energy should be going towards renewable energy and pressuring fossil fuel companies to start changing their business over to sustainable sources. If large oil companies began to put their resources towards a green future, massive change would happen very quickly. The exact opposite of expansion should be happening.
