I have seen several small islands in the frontnac region completely devastated by cormorants. As an avid fisherman and hunter i have observed the flock numbers increasing a lot in the last 2 seasons. They have gone from flying as singles or groups of 2 or less to groups of 3-6 in just the last 2 years. Kingston general area. That being said, I am a member of Ducks Unlimited, OFAH, NDRGC.
