This is insanity. These animals used to be the form of transportation and we aren't even allowed to enjoy them at free will now?

A manure that people bag and use as garden fertilizer? A manure that decomposes and gives back to the environment? What happens when the bag is full after a few hours? Are we forced to dump it in the bush and keep going or does that mean we need to return home?

A horse will poop at least 2-3 times while out on the trail. This is stupid and insane to me. If people don't like walking around horse poop it's best they keep their bikes and feet on a side walk in a town. The amount of people who walk their dogs and let them poop everywhere (which doesn't naturally break down like horse manure due to the protein) to step in but it's not law that they need a bag over their dogs butts.
