As a member of the community directly adjacent to this proposal I strongly object to it moving forward. The intersection of Black Creek and Lawrence already has major issues with traffic volume in all directions. There are other considerations which include the lack of community and infrastructure needs to support the volume of people this project would bring into the area-this includes schools, sidewalks, community space. Additionally, I have concerns about the impact to the local environment including the Humber river.
