I strongly believe this proposal should not even be considered. Dresden and surrounding areas are a beautiful landscape full of agriculture and communities with schools and businesses. Having a dump this close to town would ruin a lot of that for the people who live here. The smell alone would cause tons of people to uproot and move elsewhere. Causing a loss of business and tax money. No one would want to buy a house anywhere near here either. It happened with the dump out by London. There isn't any major housing anywhere close to it and it still causes issues for those in neighbouring communities. And furthermore we have a massive massive Sydenham river that is too close and could cause detrimental effects. How could you propose removing environmental essesments?! It's a waste plant?! With farms that grow tomatoes and other plants and a river. Tariffs should be no reason to decide to skip thinking about our planet. Without this earth we have nothing. We need to take care of it. This is absolutely absurd. Pay the extra money and keep our planet safe we've already ruined it enough. I think this would be devastating for Chatham Kent please please think about this seriously and do not let York1 dump on our land!!
