This is NOT a good change to the act. I do not approve.
Making it so the simple act of registering grants approval rather than the existing process of determining the approval through permits and advisory council, is and will be destructive.
Then, the ability for the government to decide what animals are added or removed from the list is ridiculous!
You're removing all the guardrails and that not good for anyone, except builders and large corporations.
This will hurt endangered wildlife, and our children's Canada for generations to come.
Please reconsider.
