Without proper consultation with environmental experts and due process, you are giving developers the go-ahead to ignore environmental safeguards just to expedite building for the sake of profit. There will be zero forethought for consequences.

You have shown Ontario time and time, Mr. Ford, that the environment doesn’t matter to you, or you wouldn’t have let a sketchy foreign company bulldoze the Lake Ontario waterfront. This is simply a continuation of the government’s blatant disrespect and disregard for Ontario’s environment and the people who live here.

This act of violence against the environment is despicable in 2025, when we are facing climate disaster. The priority should be preventing environmental destruction, not contributing to it.
