This Bill aims to speed up the process for "improving" economic growth, without considering the detrimental effect of fast tracking development of protected land. Birds, and most animals, are very much creatures of habit, and their habitat is already shrinking without human interference.

We need to be more conscious of how we can use structures/spaces that are already developed before we take undeveloped land from our animal friends. Each animal is so important to the ecosystem, and not taking them seriously is a grave mistake that will have long reaching consequences.

Please, please reconsider this bill, before it is too late.
