I am not sure why you would want to hunt these birds. We live close to the Welland Canal and enjoy seeing the cormorants on the light standards and swimming in the canal. They don't destroy the grass or foul the areas where pedestrians walk or almost cause car accidents when they are crossing the road.

In my opinion they appear to not be causing any harm to anyone or anything and perhaps we need to take a step back and deal with real issues and environmental problems.
