I do not support the changes…

I do not support the changes to the endangered species act. Ontario should be protecting and preserving our outdoor spaces. We should not be harming or displacing endangered species for the benefit of construction projects.

I do not support the government wanting the ability to add or remove species from the endangered species list. As has been proven by Ford's conservative government already many construction projects can be corrupt. I do not trust our current government to treat the list of endangered species with the care and thought it deserves. If a private company provided enough pressure I would not be surprised if the government removed any species that was holding up the construction project.

With the current climate crisis it is extremely reckless to roll back protections of endangered species.
