The proposal to allow the shooting of Cormorants in Ontario looks like a good thing! I like all of the draft proposals and cannot think of anything else to add. These birds do a lot of harm to the sport and commercial fishing in Ontario! They also pose a real problem to trees surrounding water due to how acid the excretions are! Their numbers are way out of control and need to be brought into check! They are now migrating into smaller central and northern Ontario lakes where they will do huge damage to defenceless spawning and foraging fish in clear shallower waters!
