I believe that this proposal is a start to managing DCCO populations in Ontario. I agree that there needs to be management in place, and this is a step in the right direction. I would hope that after a year of culling, the appropriate steps would be taken to assess populations of fish and cormorants, in order to further improve wildlife management.
