While I can appreciate the need to streamline processes to make them more efficient and cost effective, it seems what is being proposed completely removes very important steps. For building activities to be allowed to begin once registered, before any verification, substantially increases the risk of environmental destruction.

As written, I oppose this Bill. We need to see stronger protections for the environment and endangered species. We cannot create these shortcuts for industries without any public oversight, nor can we override the law for "economic zones".
