I’m outraged by this proposal. A nearly year round “hunting season” (which is actually and obviously a cull)...when will I ever get a break from the gunshots? Fall birding sucks because all I hear and see are hunters scaring all birds away, not just game birds. Don’t encourage blood-lusty, unethical hunters.
