That is how It should be “complicated” as it requires proper oversight and analysis.
Disguising this new approach as a way to have access to places for financial gain is deplorable and a horrible proposal.
Find an actual solution for the housing crisis than the easiest you see to make money out of it. Harming one place to fix another is NOT the solution. We expect more from you! You were given the power and the trust to do well considering all aspects which includes the environment that do not have a voice. If you are unable to find a viable solution then you are at the wrong place and occupying a seat that is not for you. Would you respect and consider what we, the people, want? Do you care ?
