I am opposed to the sections of Bill 5 that remove or weaken protection of habitat and species. I fully support the current Endangered Species Act and do not want it repealed, nor modified to weaken protection of our species and the ecosystems that protect them.
I'm also opposed to any element that removes Ontario's government duty to consult.
