I am unclear why the current law needs to be changed. I truly hope that the new law is not being made to simply do away with regulations that make it more difficult to fast track environmentally protected land and species from being bulldozed over for government or private building projects. If so, I do not support it and would advise the government to not go ahead with this legislation.
