The government should not have discretion to remove protected species from the list. The government is not comprised of scientists.
A habitat is more than a specific dwelling and its surrounding. It includes the range of the animal, its feeding grounds, wandering and swimming grounds. A habitat for a plant includes other plants in its vicinity, shade cover and surrounding hydrology and soil type. The definitions proposed in this act are incorrect.
The SCAA must not be disbanded.
