Given the large scale of this project and the very close proximity to so much farm land and a town, disregarding the environmental impacts by not even looking at them is grossly irresponsible and really gives the public impression of not wanting to find out the impacts so you can claim it ignorance when the environmental impacts to the community are found to have been beyond a threshold that would have allowed this project to continue. The public deserves to have all the information.
