Truck Noise begins at 6:30 am and I am 100 metres away from highway Ten and Charleston intersection. My patio furniture is constantly covered with soot and sand particles. It affects my breathing although I’m not asthmatic. Unsafe for children to live here.
So why isn’t there an electronic/ 407 like toll for trucks so at least our taxes will be less?
