I don't know or care who the groups or individuals making this proposal are, but it should not proceed. We are the ones that have depleted everything on this planet, not the natural, indigenous species. This proposal has been put forward by a group of selfish individuals who cannot see the damage and suffering that it will cause. Frankly I believe that they just don' t care. Do not proceed with this proposal.
