I for one totally disagree with this proposed bill.....none of it makes any sense, and besides which i actually love seeing cormorants around our area....we live on Cape Breton Island, near Baddeck and the sight of these interesting birds, drying their wings out on the water, is a lovely sight!
Please do not go ahead and pass the bill.
