I am concerned about this…

I am concerned about this proposal’s impact on the environment as well as on children. I think limits on ratios are important for children’s well being and safety and believe that parents value that over whatever potential cost savings would be achieved by this proposal. I am also concerned that the “red tape” related to environment are there for a reason and allowing water to get poisoned or the greenbelt to be developed costs tax payers much more than the perceived competitiveness that this proposal is attempting to address.
