As an Ontario citizen since 1977 and professor emeritus of psychology with a specialty in community well-being, I urge you to remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. The preservation of a fully healthy physical environment serves to sustain individual and community health and mental health.
