I am a father of 3 children…

I am a father of 3 children in Hamilton, ON and strongly object to this proposal. I object because the proposal is irresponsible, and because it does nothing to project our natural environment for their future. In fact, it is damaging to both our environment now and for the prospects of a healthy, cleaner natural environment in the future.

This proposal gives no consideration to the costs impact to our environment. The Ontario government needs to realize that the value of a clean, healthy environment is much greater than any administrative costs they think they can save. The financial analysis to justify this decision is done without any consideration to the value of our environment. If the government will not consider the value of the natural environment, then residents who are not so myopic will speak up for it. This proposal is not in the best interest of the long-term health and survival of Ontario residents and should not proceed
