Everybody and their brother…

Everybody and their brother in almost every government agency is running around saying "I'm here to Protect the Environment"
No one questions the need to protect the environment , but really does anyone ever think of whether we need as many agencies as we have all doing basically the same thing ?

We all are aware of GTA growth projections and that means aggregate close to the market is imperative in any planning.

In the 1800's with 18th century technology Canada build a railroad to the Pacific in less time than it takes to decide whether a quarry can expand 66 feet across the road.
This is clearly unacceptable.
