Please reconsider the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe, including how and when mapping of Natural Heritage Systems will apply particularly in areas where business and growth are needed to ensure further development of the north. The present designations and mapping restrictions are too broad and all encompassing and are, due to this nature, rendering growth and development of otherwise develop-able lands impossible.
