I do not believe that Lush…

I do not believe that Lush should be granted this approval. Ever since they have moved into our neighbourhood the enjoyment value that we get from our property and quality of life has worsened. When they are operating and the breeze is sending their emmissons toward our home, we are unable to even be outside. The stink is terrible. We are unable to enjoy the outdoors, we are unable to open our windows because the smell just comes into our house. This means that on warm days we would never be able to save energy and turn off our air conditioner and open windows, thus costing us in heating and air conditioning costs. Lush should be forced to have zero odour emissions. I believe that we should have the right to have clean and fresh air to breath outside and not be forced to be indoors because the air outside feels and smells like it is full of chemicals that just seems to stick to the back of your throat causing you to cough. Over the years that Lush as been in our neighbourhood, they have not offered any improvement. If anything the unbearable odours always seem to get stronger and stronger. I recommend that Lush should be enforced to comply to zero emmissons.
