Bill 108 limits the persons that are able to appeal a decision on a Plan of Subdivision. This should also be extended to decision on a Plan of vacant Land Condominium as they are very similar substitutes for each other the only difference being a Municipally owned road in a Plan of Subdivision and a private road in a Plan of Vacant Land Condominium.
