I wholeheartedly support the efforts to ensure the continuation of the Rondeau cottage community in perpetuity. If a 3 year lease extension is necessary as described in ERO policy proposal 019-0907, in order to come to a fair and equitable permanent solution to this continuing debate, then it should be done. Of course the offer should extend automatically to all leaseholders and if a solution could be proposed earlier, it would be welcome news.
