I am in favour of the three year extension with a view to granting a long term lease. Cottages have been in the park since its inception and are what makes Rondeau special. The dune area along Lakeshore Road has extended enormously over the years due to the deposits of sand from across the lake and with the growth of vegetation the cottages are now further from the beach.
Businesses in the local communities rely on income from the cottagers.
