I’m totally against bear…

I’m totally against bear hunting, especially with dogs & bait! I grew up in Toronto & never saw a bear even when we went up to cottage country (Georgian bay/Wasaga beach in the 70’s!) Why are you wanting to allow bear hunting when the cubs are still so young & dependant in their moms? It’s impossible to tell males& females apart & will cause unnecessary suffering for the cubs starving to death without their mothers!
This should not be allowed.
