We already have a waste…

We already have a waste disposal in our area, why should we have to have another one? It should be put somewhere outside the city where it doesn't involve a large residential area. What are you thinking? We don't need or want it in our area as we already have the one waste facility in our neighbourhood. Besides with so many schools in the area and trucks running back and forth and all the children walking to school it is not safe for them. Build it outside the city or somewhere where it isn't so heavily populated. I question the mentality of the people making these decisions.
