There is a waste disposal…

There is a waste disposal site (processing and transfer facility) proposed for 633 Coronation Drive in a residential neighbourhood of Westhill in southeast Scarborough. Please read the pdf below and you will realize the terrible impact this will have on our community. Not only will the processing of waste emit six toxic and greenhouse gases and particulates into the air, but the trucking of waste to and from the facility through residential streets represents a great hazard in itself.

Please help us to stop the building of this site. Time is running out, and we desperately want to save this community from the site's terrible health risks to people and from the inevitable toxic effects on the surrounding environment. We are counting on your support.
