I am a long-time resident of the area and I do not understand why such processing plants are being approved close to residential areas. This is not a clean industry and regardless of anyone's assurances the impact on the local environment will be negative.

In addition, the streets that will be used by these large trucks are not very large. We already have a mess with this industrial area with the current number of heavy trucks driving through, in effect, residential streets.

This is a bad plan.
