Considering the totality of all the comments and concerns, outlined in the attached letter, I recommend that the plant not be approved for the location at 633 Coronation Drive, but rather be relocated to a larger industrial area at the north end of the City, where access to major 400 series highways can be achieved without travelling through residential areas.
