Traffic Comment: Lawrence & Manse intersection and adjacent areas have high traffic volume during rush hour especially when schools are open, in winter time and when there is construction. The situation will become even worse if this proposal will proceed, not to mention its effect to environment in terms of noise and smell.

This area is residential with lots of school, community centres and parks nearby where kids play baseball, basketball and other outdoor sports. The city and province should consider carefully its impact to residences' way of life in general.
