Your initial expansion of the Greenbelt includes all public lands within urban rivers and valleys. Does this mean that there are no private lands within urban rivers and valleys? If there are private lands within urban rivers and valleys, will the government assure us that these private lands will be protected too? Thus not eligible for development?
