I am sorry to hear that wood pellets are considered a good barbecue fuel since by using/allowing them to be used like that, the use of wood pellets adds to the reduction of one of the essentials of our world namely trees.

Surely this is not the only way to add flavour and fragrance to barbecued food.

Please do not allow this BB approach on the basis of making food taste and smell better. Trees are a basis of our lives and climate in this world.

Safeguard them for everyone's sake.
