I am a strong supporter of the cap and trade system. I was very pleased when Ontario joined with Quebec and California to create a market and extremely disappointed when the new government under Ford brought in legislation to kill it. Putting a price on carbon and allowing companies to trade their credits seems to me to be the most fair and free-market way to reduce carbon emissions. It is just so logical!
